I would have rated this app with 5 stars, if it would have had some more and better sounds.
Great for on the go, traveling or anyone needing to workout with limited time!
Very cool app. The only missing thing, well for me at least, is lack of pre-review of the whole workout excercises, before u start training.
If you travel a lot like me and cannot go always to the Gym, thats a must have! You can have a workout anywhere with this "Personal Trainer"!!

Some bad moments

I love this app! It has different levels of workouts. So as a beginner you can start off right and work yourself up and this app help perfectly with that!
great - from stretching to anaerobic. proof that really all you need is a floor ( and a kettle bell ) , and some incentive.
I really like this app! Its not overly complicated and the workouts are definitely challenging. Id like to see more cardio based workouts (theres currently only one), but overall its really good.
Very clean design and highly user friendly. Pre-sets are well thought through. Wish they add the work out history. But other than that I really love this app. Well done!
I put my music on and find it strangely easier to work out w/ this app on my phone than on a laptop or tablet. Whod have thunk it?!?
You can only do the first workout once before you have to pay. Dont bother downloading it.
